§ 36.03 RISK MANAGEMENT AND LOSS CONTROL POLICY.
   (A)   The Town Council hereby grants the Mayor the power to develop and implement a risk management and loss control policy, including the power to establish a Safety Committee, appoint a safety/loss control officer, and to do whatever else is necessary to protect the assets of the town, the safety of its employees, and members of the general public within the confines of the resources available to the town.
   (B)   This authority is extended to not only the property located at 3 Timrod Drive, but to all property or structures, mobile equipment, and operations conducted by the town.
