(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 35.020 through 35.026 shall be fined not more than $500 for each violation, notwithstanding that any seller or utility failing to remit taxes actually collected from purchasers also may be prosecuted criminally or before the Public Service Commission, as deemed appropriate by the Town Council or other relevant law enforcement official.
