§ 35.072 MUNICIPAL COURT FUND.
   The Town Council hereby finds that it is appropriate to expend Municipal Court funds for the following types of activities and costs:
   (A)   Salaries and benefits payable on behalf of the town’s Police Department and police officers, and costs and fees payable in conjunction with the municipal judge contract;
   (B)   Travel expenses, training costs, registration fees, and equipment for the town’s police officers and Police Department;
   (C)   Travel expenses, training costs, registration fees, and other expenses incurred for municipal judge training and Municipal Court Clerk training provided by the West Virginia Municipal League for the Municipal Court judge, Mayor, Town Attorney, and town court clerks;
   (D)   Legal fees incurred for the revision of ordinances and other activities related to the administration, implementation, and revision of the town’s ordinances; and
   (E)   Other costs and expenses as may be related to the operation of the Police Department and/or Municipal Court in the judgment of the Mayor of the town.
