§ 35.053 AUTOMATIC UPDATING.

Any amendments to W. Va. Code Articles 11-9, 11-10, 11-15, 11-15A, and 11-15B shall automatically apply to the municipal sales and use tax imposed pursuant to this subchapter, to the extent they are applicable to the taxes imposed by this subchapter.
