§ 91.08 SEVERABILITY AND SAVINGS CLAUSE.

Should any section, phrase or word of this chapter be deemed unenforceable or ineffective or otherwise illegal, the remaining portions of this chapter shall be separately construed and remain saved and effective and enforceable.
