§ 130.01 GENERAL OFFENSES CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

The 2020 General Offenses Code previously provided to the Council and made available for public inspection, consistent with W. Va. Code § 8-11-4(b), is hereby adopted by reference. All town codes and ordinances that are not expressly amended with this section shall remain in full effect.
