(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 94.01, whether as principal or agent, or employee, upon such a finding by Town Council or its designee, shall be penalized in an amount up to $100 for each day, or portion thereof, such violation is found to have been committed or continued.
