The territory under the jurisdiction of the Town Council for the purposes of this chapter shall include all of the Town of White Hall. The Mayor and its designee, under its direction, in the performance of their functions and duties under the provisions of this chapter, may enter into and upon any land upon which advertising signs are standing or upon which displays or devices are exhibited and make such examination and surveys, and take such actions as may be relevant.
