§ 91.10 SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
   (A)   Should any section, phrase, or word of this chapter be deemed unenforceable or ineffective or otherwise illegal, the remaining portions of the chapter shall be separately construed and remain saved and effective and enforceable.
   (B)   This chapter became effective 30 days following its passage.
