§ 72.105 PROHIBITED TURNS.
   (A)   Right turns prohibited. No operator of any vehicle proceeding in the direction indicated in this division (A) on any of the streets named below shall turn his or her vehicle to the right at the intersection specified opposite such first-named street: NONE.
   (B)   Left turns prohibited. No operator of any vehicle proceeding in the direction indicated in this division (B) on any of the streets named below shall turn his or her vehicle to the left at the intersection specified opposite such first-named street: NONE.
   (C)   Prohibited turn designation. The Chief of Police, after consulting with the Mayor, may recommend to Council that a “prohibited turn” designation be placed upon a street at a specified intersection while proceeding in a specified direction. Council may permit, on a trial basis not to exceed 90 days, such street to be so designated. At any time during said trial and prior to the final designation, Council may request the Town Attorney to prepare and present an ordinance thereon. The ordinance shall specify the reason for the action and note any trial period applicable and its outcome. It shall specifically designate the nature of the proscribed turn and the exact location.
