§ 31.21 COUNCIL PROCEDURE.
   (A)   Order of business. The Town Council will follow the most current, effective version of Robert’s Rules to conduct Town Council meetings.
   (B)   Minutes provided Council members. Each member of Council shall be provided a copy of the minutes in advance of the regular meeting whenever practicable. The presiding officer may inquire “whether or not there are any additions or corrections to the minutes as furnished Council members and as are set forth in the minute book of Council.” If there are no corrections or additions, such minutes shall stand approved and shall be signed by the presiding officer and validated by the Recorder.
   (C)   Filing with Recorder. Every ordinance, resolution, and document or other matter to come before Council, except as hereinafter provided, must be filed with the Recorder and/or Mayor at least 24 business hours prior to each Council meeting.
   (D)   Copies of agenda. Copies of the agenda shall be made available to the media and the public after its delivery to the members of the Council. A sufficient number of copies of the agenda shall be available to the public at public meetings.
