(A) The Town Council hereby grants the Mayor the power to authorize expenditure from the town’s treasury for repairs and maintenance of the town hall and the property on which is resides up to the amount of $1,500 per occurrence but no more than $3,000 per month without the Council’s permission, until such time these types of expenditures are added to the town’s annual budget. However, the Mayor following the occurrence must report any expenditures of this nature at the next regular meeting of Council.
(B) This authority is extended to not only the property located at 3 Timrod Drive, but to all property or structures that the town oversees.
