For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. All rejected food waste, and every accumulation of animal, fruit, or vegetable matter used or intended for food, or intended for the preparation, used in cooking, dealing in, or storing of meat, fish, fowl, fruits, and/or vegetables.
RUBBISH AND TRASH. Refuse other than foodstuffs, such as paper, clothing, grass, leaves, wood, ashes, tin and glass, and all such rubbish must be placed in a separate container and distinct from container containing garbage.
