§ 154.063 STREETS.
   (A)   Interior streets.
      (1)   Interior residential access streets shall be paved according to (city or county) specification for residential streets, as delineated in the subdivision regulations and properly lighted and maintained. Their minimum paved roadway width shall be as follows:
      Two-way without parking                        20 feet
      Two-way road with parking on one side where approved   28 feet
      One-way road with parking on one side where approved   18 feet
      (2)   Parking along access roads shall be subject to approval of the Planning Commission and the City Safety Director.
   (B)   Collector streets and major thoroughfares. Collector streets and major thoroughfares shall be designated as such by the developer upon the submission of general plans as provided for in § 154.071. Such designations shall be subject to modification by the Planning Commission so that an efficient circulation system is established in relation to other existing or planned streets in the area. There shall be no direct access from single-family residential lots to a major thoroughfare, and direct access from single-family residential lots to collector streets shall be maintained.
