§ 35.01 CREATION OF CITY COURT.
   (A)   The White Hall Municipal Court is hereby abolished and in its place is created the City Court of White Hall, Arkansas.
   (B)   The City Court is created pursuant to Act 175 of 1995, being A.C. §§ 16-18-111 through 16-18-112, and the appointment and selection of the City Judge shall be in accordance with the provision of said Act and other applicable statutes.
