§ 34.20 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SIMILAR BUSINESSES. Any establishment engaged in the business of selling prepared food or beverages for consumption, on or off premises.
