§ 32.32 WARRANT SERVICE FEE AND MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT.
   (A)   The city police may collect the sum of $25 for the service of any and all criminal warrants and summons.
   (B)   The city police may collect mileage at the rate established by the current Department of Finance and Administration schedule, for all miles driven outside of the corporate city limits.
   (C)   All funds collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited into the Criminal Justice Fund.
