The city shall have and collect through the Police Department a fee of $10 that shall be paid to them for taking and entering bail bonds for each person who is arrested, or who shall be jailed by the Police Department, or shall have to post bail for an offense brought under the venue and jurisdiction of the Municipal Court. In the event that one person is incarcerated or arrested for more than one offense in any one given day, there shall be no further bail bond fee than the $10 that is cited above. In the event that the same person is arrested on a different day, or otherwise incarcerated by the Police Department, then an additional $10 bail bond fee shall be paid to the city.
