§ 152.01 STATUTORY AUTHORITY.
   The Legislature of the State of Arkansas has in A.C.A. § 14-268-101 et seq., delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the City of White Hall of White Hall, Arkansas, does hereby ordain as follows.
