The City Inspector is authorized to, in writing, suspend or revoke a permit issued under the provision of this code wherever the permit is issued in error, or the basis of incorrect information supplied, or whether it is determined that the building or structure or portion thereof is in violation of any ordinance or regulation or any provision of this code.
