§ 32.30 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   The Mayor hereby establishes a Police Department in accordance with state laws.
   (B)   Rules and regulations for the Police Department shall be established and approved by the Mayor and/or the White Hall City Council.
   (C)   The Mayor shall appoint a Chief of Police from within the authorized strength of the Department.
