§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalties provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of § 150.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this code is committed, or continued and upon conviction of any such violation such person shall be punished within the limits and as provided by state laws.    (C)   Whoever violates any provision of § 150.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Violation of the Mechanical Code as adopted shall be punishable by a fine up to $250. Each day that said violation continues shall be a separate offense and each day subsequent to the first day of the violation shall be punishable by a fine of up to $250 per day.
