§ 150.38 SUBDIVISION PLATS TO CONTAIN REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REGARDING PROPOSED STREETS.
   Every subdivision plat submitted to the City Council for their approval after the effective date of this subchapter shall bear upon its face, the report of the Planning Commission of the proper names of any and all streets, avenues, and public ways proposed for public use including private streets within the jurisdiction of the city.
