§ 150.04 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS FOR NEW BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.
   The City Council hereby finds that it is in the best interests of the citizens to formally adopt the Arkansas Energy Code for New Building Construction Supplements and Amendments.
