§ 32.15 CREATION; COMPOSITION.
   (A)   Pursuant to the authority of A.C. §§ 14-53-101 through 14-53-112, the Fire Department is hereby created.
   (B)   The Fire Department shall consist of one Fire Chief and such other positions as are created by the Council.
