§ 131.07 SMOKING IN WHITE HALL CITY HALL, JAMES "JITTERS" MORGAN COMMUNITY CENTER, CRENSHAW SPRINGS WATER PARK AND WHITE HALL CITY PARK.

The purpose of this chapter is to protect the public health, safety and welfare through the prohibition and regulation of smoking in public access areas of White Hall City Hall, Crenshaw Springs Water Park, James “Jitters” Morgan Community Center and White Hall City Park within the city.
