§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   In the case of any violation of § 130.01 by a minor child, the parent(s), legal guardian or other person(s) having actual control and custody of such minor child shall be charged and liable as a principle with the violation hereof. Any person violating the provisions of § 130.01 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each and every offense, and each time said firearms or air guns, B-B guns etc., are discharged shall constitute a separate offense.    (B)   Any person or persons violating the provisions of § 130.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be fined in any sum not less than $1 and not more than $100. (Ord. 39, passed 12-16-69)
   (C)   If, after the warning notice pursuant to § 130.18 of a first violation by a juvenile, a parent violates § 130.18 (in connection with a second violation by the juvenile), this shall be treated as a first
offense by the parent. For parental offenses, a parent may be fined not less that $50, nor more than $500. Any juvenile who shall violate any of the provisions of the curfew ordinance (§§ 130.15 through 130.19) more than three times shall be reported by the Chief of Police to the juvenile authorities as a juvenile in need of supervision, and the Chief of Police shall refer the matter to the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney and/or the Arkansas Department of Human Services and/or other appropriate authorities.
