It shall be unlawful for any person 17 or less years of age (under 18) to be or remain in or upon the streets within the city at night during the period ending at 5:00 a.m. and beginning:
(A) At 12:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights,
(B) 11:00 p.m. on all other nights; and
(C) During normal school hours.
