§ 32.02 DUTIES.

The City Planning Commission shall have all the duties and functions as pertaining to planning commission as conferred upon the city for planning as provided by Act 186 of the Acts of Arkansas 1957, as amended, being A.C. §§ 14-56-401 through 14-56-425.
