§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   Within a six-month period, if more than one false alarm is responded to, the resident or the owner and/or manager of the commercial business shall be penalized as follows:
         First offense         Written warning
         Second offense         $25 fine
         Third offense         $50 fine
         Each additional offense   Mandatory court appearance
