§ 30.01 COMPOSITION OF COUNCIL.
   The officers of the city shall be one Mayor, one Clerk-Treasurer, and six Aldermen who shall be qualified electors residing within their wards within the limits of the corporation, and such Mayor and Aldermen shall constitute the City Council. A quorum shall be established pursuant to state statute.
