§ 96.005 REQUIREMENTS NOT COVERED BY CODE.
   Requirements necessary for the strength, stability or proper operations of an existing fixture, structure or equipment, or for the public safety, health and general welfare, not specifically covered by this chapter, shall be determined by the Code Official. Such decisions are considered to be administrative determinations subject to appeal as provided by § 96.137. No citations may be issued based upon an administrative decision under this division until interested parties have been informed about the decision and been afforded an opportunity to appeal. The Code Enforcement Officer shall maintain, or cause to be maintained, a file of all administrative rules made pursuant to this division which shall be available for copy and inspection by the public.
