§ 93.02 VEHICLES AND CERTAIN ANIMALS TO STAY ON ROADWAYS AND PARKING LOTS.
   It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle, to ride or lead any horse in the park of the city, except upon roadways and parking lots in the park.
