(A) The presence of any person or persons within the confines of the boundaries of the city park, between the hours of 10:30 P.M. or 30 minutes after organized activities have ceased and the daylight hours of the next day, is prohibited.
(B) This section shall not apply to city personnel or law enforcement officers in the course of enforcing this section.
