§ 92.05 INTRACITY AMBULANCE SERVICE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or entity, public or private, to operate an intracity ambulance service, which provides emergency or non-emergency pre-hospital care or patient transports, except as specifically allowed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
