§ 92.03 FRANCHISE GRANTED.
   Emergency Ambulance Service, Inc. (EASl) is granted an exclusive franchise to provide an Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance service on a fee for service basis in the City of White Hall, Arkansas for a term of five years. This contract shall automatically renew unless either party submits written notice to the other party of its intent to terminate this franchise.
