§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person or persons violating §§ 91.01 through 91.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than $50 or not more than $1,000 or imprisoned in the jail for a period not exceeding 30 days or both. This may include the restitution for damages as the result of the harm caused to the property/person of another upon a judgement or conviction for a violation of said sections in the city court.    (B)   Any person, firm, corporation or agent who shall violate any provisions of §§ 91.10, 91.15, 91.16, 91.20 and 91.30 or fail to comply therewith shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each such person, firm, corporation or agent shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation is committed, or continued and upon conviction of any such violation, such person shall be punished within the limits and as provided by state law.
