§ 91.02 PROHIBITED ACTS; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to offer for sale, expose for sale, sell at retail, or use or explode any fireworks except as provided in divisions (B), (C), (D) and (E) below.
   (B)   The exploding of fireworks is permitted only with adult supervision and only on January 1, July 4, December 24 and December 31 of each year.
   (C)   The sale of fireworks within the city limits is permitted only in locations zoned commercial; not located within 200 feet of an existing business; have adequate surface parking so as to prevent traffic congestion; be approved by both the Fire Chief and Police Chief; and pay a permit fee to the city in the amount of $200 per calendar year.
   (D)   The sale of fireworks shall be permitted only from June 21 through July 5 and December 17 through January 2.
   (E)   Locations with permits to sell fireworks shall display the permit issued by the city and a copy of this section in a prominent location at or near the point of sale.
