§ 70.16 APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS.
   The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to all trucks 1½ tons or larger except that, the provisions herein shall not apply to any truck operated by or for any public utility, nor to any truck or vehicle engaged in or responding to any need or requirement for emergency repairs, care, or service.
