§ 53.05 STORM WATER PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   The Mayor shall appoint a Storm Water Administrator, who shall administer this chapter and be responsible to address other related storm water issues as they relate to the city's compliance with its Small MS4 Storm Water Permit as issued by ADEQ to the city.
   (B)   The Mayor shall designate a person, who shall administer the storm water regulations and its affairs in the same manner as all other departments under his jurisdiction.
