171.09 COORDINATOR OF JUVENILE DIVERSION.

   (a)   There is hereby created the exempt position, as part of the Mayor's Court, of Coordinator of the Juvenile Diversion Program.

   (b)   The position of Coordinator of the Juvenile Diversion Program shall be in the unclassified service of the City, which shall be a full-time position to be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.

   (c)   The Mayor shall define the duties to be performed and the skills and education necessary for the position holder. Said job description, and any modification thereto, shall be approved by the Civil Service Commission of this City.

   (d)   The position shall be exempt, and within a salary range established and funded by Council. (Ord. 8-94. Passed 1-18-94.)
