171.07 MAYOR'S COURT COMPUTER FUND.

(a) There is hereby created a special fund that shall be titled “Mayor’s Court Computer Fund”, and said special fund shall be separately numbered by the Auditor and Treasurer, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 1901.261(A)(1), for the purpose stated.

(b) The Mayor shall include in the schedule of fees and costs for Mayor’s Court a fee of not more than three dollars ($3.00) per case for each case filed, and for each case appealed.

(c) All fees collected pursuant to this section, as generally authorized by Ohio R.C. 1901.261(A), shall be deposited into said account for the purposes of computerization of the court, procuring and maintaining computerized legal research services, or both.

(d) All disbursements from said special Fund shall be authorized by ordinance, pursuant to City Charter Section 10.
