171.05 PETTY CASH CHANGE FUND.
   (a)    There is hereby established a Petty Cash Change Fund, in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00), within the Mayor's Court, for the purpose of making change for persons paying fines and costs to the Mayor's Court.
   (b)    Upon request of the Mayor, the City Auditor shall draw a warrant on the City Treasurer in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00), and such money shall be paid from the General Fund and placed in the custody and safekeeping of the Mayor. At the end of each fiscal year, the Mayor shall cause the one hundred dollars ($100.00) within the Mayor's Court Petty Cash Change Fund to be paid back into the City Treasury, and shall request a new disbursement of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the beginning of the new fiscal year.
