171.03 LIMITATION ON PROSECUTION.

Except as otherwise provided by Ohio R.C. 718.06, actions for the recovery of fines, penalties or forfeitures or prosecutions for the commission of any offense made punishable by any provision of these Codified Ordinances or other ordinance of the City shall be commenced as provided in Section 501.07 of the General Offenses Code.
