161.39 COMPENSATION FOR CASUAL AND PERSONAL SERVICE CONTRACT EMPLOYEES IN THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT.

   (a)   The following salary ranges are hereby set, with pay to be determined by the respective appointing authority.

   The following titles and ranges are hereby established in the Department of Parks and Recreation:

(b)   Team Member          (Part-time)	13.75 - 20.25 per hour
(c)   Parks Skilled          Technician (Part-time)	15.00 - 24.00 per hour
(d)   Parks and Recreation Coordinator          (Part-time)	15.00 - 21.00 per hour
(e)   Parks and Recreation Desk and Program          Staff (Part-time)	11.50 - 21.25 per hour
(f)   Non-hourly Coordinators, Instructors       and personal service contacts	11.00 - 80.00 per event/class/hour/game or on a per participant basis
