153.05 REPORTING PROCEDURE TO COUNCIL.
   No program submitted in support of the annual appropriation ordinance or scheduled on the monthly report previously submitted to Council shall be cancelled or terminated by the Parks and Recreation Commission without first giving twenty days written notice, when practical, of such cancellation or termination to Council and the Mayor and this notice shall be delivered to the Clerk of Council and to the office of the Mayor.
