145.02 DUTIES OF CHIEF BUILDING OFFICIAL.

   There shall be employed in the City a Chief Building Official. The Chief Building Official shall issue all building, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical permits and shall be responsible for, make or cause to be made all inspections of buildings as required by the Building Code and all amendments thereto. The Chief Building Official shall turn over all moneys collected as fees for permits and inspections to the City Auditor each day. All amounts received by the City Auditor for building permit fees shall be credited to the General Fund of the City. (Ord. 091-2014. Passed 12-16-14.)
