133.03 LEGAL INTERNS.

(a) The City Attorney is hereby authorized to appoint legal interns to assist in the prosecution of criminal misdemeanor cases in and for the City and the State of Ohio upon proper certification by the Clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio.

(b) The activities of these interns will be in accordance with Rule II of the Supreme Court Rules for the Government of the Bar of Ohio, entitled "Limited Practice of Law by Legal Interns". (Ord. 21-92. Passed 2-18-92.)
