135.24 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVES/PLANNING FUND.

(a) There is hereby established an Economic Development Incentives/Planning Fund. This fund shall be used for the purpose of funding economic development incentives and planning.

(b) Funding of the Economic Development Incentives/Planning Fund shall be as follows:

(1) Two and one-half percent (2.5%) of all general fund revenue will be deposited to the Economic Development Incentives Fund.
