1305.02 SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION.

   Registration of any registrant under Section 1305.01 may be suspended or cancelled by the Building Division for incompetency, dereliction of duty or fraudulent use of his registration either by the registrant or any person employed by him. The fee for reinstatement of such registration shall be double the initial registration fee.
